Grazie Ristorante at Canyon Park in Bothell, our newest location, was opened in 1993. You’ll find the ambience inviting and uplifting, offering a range of dining options from filet mignon to brick oven pizza. You can also enjoy live jazz most every weekend, performed by some of the most talented musicians in the Northwest. You’ll soon join the ranks of regular customers that make up the backbone of our clientele, all of whom have one thing in common: an unmatched appreciation for genuine Italian dining.
Our staff turnover is unparalleled in the industry, with an average time on the job of more than eight years. One reason, besides the fact that the Canyon Park location is a great place to work, is that every two years, Grazie’s proprietors take their employees to Italy, to soak up the Italian experience firsthand, and to be able in turn to provide that experience to you in a uniquely authentic way. Grazie employees and friends visit restauranteurs, winemakers, and ordinary, everyday Italians for an intimately educational cultural experience. Our staff is often on a first-name basis with many of our guests and their families.
Grazie Ristorante at Canyon Park also offers another singular attraction: an authentic, wood-fired pizza oven. You’ll have to taste the pizza for yourself to discover the difference it can make in the preparation of your favorite recipe. This oven takes 40 hours to reach operating temperature, because it must be done very slowly and carefully. As a result, the Canyon Park oven has been in continuous operation for over 20 years. It produces an intense radiant heat, and your pizza is cooked on a hearth with no pan, at a much higher temperature that passes right through the crust, for a pizza done to a turn.
